- Direct Deposit By enrolling in Direct Deposit, your pay arrives in your account on the day you're scheduled to be paid and is immediately available for withdrawal. No longer are you forced to rely on the postal service to deliver your money, wait for the bank to credit your check, or pay the high fees of check cashing companies.
- Commuter Savings Accounts In an effort to assist our associates in keeping their commuting costs as low as possible, Technamo has established commuter benefit to allow associates to elect to set aside pre-tax dollars for work-related transportation expenses. All active full-time Technamo associates are eligible to open Commuter Savings accounts.
- Workers' Compensation Coverage TECHNAMO will provide you with professional liability insurance to cover errors or omissions while performing duties within the course and scope of your Technamo employment. Unfortunately, associates may experience a work-related injury or illness during the course of their employment with Technamo. As mandated by state and federal law, and in an effort to protect associates from financial loss due to an injury or illness, Technamo provides workers' compensation benefits. Associates will be contacted directly by Hartford Casualty if they have any additional questions regarding claims.
- Cloudera BIG data trining discounts Technamo is pleased to offer our associates a new benefit! As an associate of Technamo, you are eligible for a 20% Discount Savings on Cloudera BIG data training programs.
- Continuing Education Reimbursement Up to $100 per calendar year is offered for continuing education. A certificate of successful completion of the course and documentation of the amount paid for the course must be provided. Certain conditions apply.
